The time depends on the size of the house and how quickly decisions are made.
5. How much does it cost to build a house
It varies with the size, materials, finishes and site conditions, so any single number would mislead you. A good plan helps you control the cost from the start, and we’ll give you a realistic estimate for your design.
7. What do I need to have ready before our first meeting?
Very little. Bring your plot details (a copy of the registry or sale deed if you have it), a rough budget, and an idea of how your family lives. If you’re still figuring things out, come anyway. Helping you decide is part of our job.
